First off, how old are you, what is your weight and height.

Without this 3 its impossible to give you any advice.

Second, have you ever thougth that you prolly arent loosing any weight because you have a balanced diet?

Tip:

Caculate your BMI(Body Mass Index)

Weight(Kg)/height(m)^2=BMI

Example: Weight = 68 kg, Height = 165 cm (1.65 m)
Calculation: 68 ÷ (1.65)2 = 24.98

BMI Weight Status
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5 – 24.9 Normal
25.0 – 29.9 Overweight
30.0 and Above Obese

Have you talked to a doctor? Sometimes the losing or gaining of weight has to do with hormones.
