For aurobindo.. best is to buy his book "The Life Divine" and when you finished it go for "Synthesis of Yoga" that is sufficient to understand his full philosophy
In our yahoo group Saadhnaa we had quite good discussions on Aurobindo and vivekanda.. you can read old posts there too

reading does not help, rather join some spiritual mission and start practicing meditation ,etc.

let me tell you what Happened I asked Jesus to come into my heart and asked Jesus to forgive my sins and bam Jesus filled me with peace and love.I said its Jesus He saved me.What a relief.I felt like a million tons of bricks was lifted off of me.
