Usually your natural colour is most flattering. That said my natural coulour is a dark ash blonde/light ash brown and I'm now a red head ;-) For me I just find it a more fun and exciting colour. That and I look really bad with a more "true" blonde. Really bad!
Try adding highlights and lowlights. It'll add depth and fun to your hair. It'll also help you decide if you want to go all lighter or darker without commiting to such a drastic change.
Also, if you wear make up, changing the colours you use might help make the change you are looking for. Maybe something more natural if you go for bright or pastel colours ore vice versa.
No matter what, have fun with it. You can always change it later.

Have you tried Garnier Diagnostic - you choose your natural hair colour and skin tones etc then clothes colours that suit and lots of other things and it recommends colours for you: http://nutrissecream.garnier.ca/en/diag.asp . I tried it and it came up with similar colours to the ones I already use so it is pretty good. If you are still not sure, try some gentle wash in/wash out colours to see which you like - of course they are never the same as semi or permanent colours but it might help. - If all else fails - book a consultation at a hairdressers - you don't have to go through with the colour - Any good hairdresser will offer a free consultation session without obligation. Good Luck and Enjoy.

Use a 2 part product:
1) Born Blonde to strip your natural color
2) Light Ash Blonde- it has a minimum of red.

i have the same eye colour and complexion as you and i am naturally very dark haired but am blonde at the minute.
either go for a chocolate brown with a few very fine golden highlights through the top so as not to make you eyes appear dull or go a pale blonde like me:-)
id say try going lighter first as its easier to go darker with less damage to your hair if you don't like it than vice versa.
natural hair colour isn't always best, its a pre ordained genetic sequence not a stylist and beautician picking the best combination.

Go brunette but not to dark then add loads of different highlights and choppy colours. If you go lighter than your natural colour your Rosy cheeks will stand out and you will look more red than Rosy.

Being a 36 year previous woman and having long given up my dream of having a fairer dermis tone. aside from my age, i'm of African-American lineage and function darkish spots on my eyebrows and cheeks. They have been the reason at the back of years of embarrassment because of the fact human beings continuously regarded and stared at them! I even have tried make-united statesto disguise them up yet they not often labored. when I got here upon this product and view the testimonials, I as we talk made my purchase and tried your diverse strategies-set. some days later, i'm since my dermis is already getting whiter which delivered a clean point of self belief in my character.. Whiten Your dermis needless to say?

A light shade of brown, with carmel highlights. It will still bring out your eye color and tone down the rosy skin. 'good luck.
