The worst she can do is say no. If she says no its her loss and at least you won't keep wasting time interested in her and you can focus on someone else that may return the interest. Plan a game plan before you approach her for the initial conversation. Pick an article of clothing to compliment (icebreaker), talk about a subject or two she may be interested in (warm up), follow up with the so how would you like to _____ (goal) haha. But don't just approach her and say hey lets go out or sit and stare at each other with the ackward silence thats a huge killer.

it's a skill. the main obstacle is that most men are not attracted to the ones that are attracted to them. they find aloofness to be attractive and will often ignore women who are willing.

think of them as your friends and ask to hang out at bar or coffee. if she says no then dont take it personally and ask her friend out. but do it fast.
