Apart from the absence of a kiss at the end, I would say that was a pretty good first date. I wouldn't rule out a few more - see where things go.
What's the worst that could happen? You guys might just be friends - that's not necessarily a bad thing!

i'm sorry i cudnt help myself but read this one maybe you were both just nervous because it's the first date, if you really like this girl go on another date with her and see what happens it might be a bit easier on both of you as you have been out together before try it , it always works for me because the first date is always the icebreaker

I perfer lighter first dates but I tend to be reserved. However, no. I don't find it boring. It sounds honest and that you gained knowledge from it or would gain knowledge from it. Not boring at all.

Not necessarily, but you sound like you were bored. I wouldn't date her again- if you're not really into her, don't waste her time. She's not boring, there just isn't any chemestry.
