My next door neighbours cousin is really HOT, but I don't know if he likes me or not i've tried to ask him but I cant find the courage to ask him because I don't want to make a fool of myself . PLEASE HELP!

it normal to feel nervous when you like someone that is really hot, but try not show it. take your time and get to know each other better like topics to talk about, something in common that you guys might have. maybe he might end up asking you out..:)

Try spending some time with him. See what kind of vibe you get off him. If you are getting the vibe he likes you then ask. If not maybe wait a little longer and try to casually ask him who he likes. Or if he is into anyone at the moment.

Do you guys flirt? Does he look at you?..i think you need to ask yourself like 2 or 3 things and then try to talk to him..maybe without asking him out first so he doesnt scare. Unless hes really confident and then you are as well

Say hello to him, give subtle hints, use your eyes giving him this "girlish" look which captures our hearts us, men. Talk about normal stuff, but be sure that we "men" have this internal radar which detects and feels other people attraction to us. :)
As far as the normal conversation goes, you too will be able to feel whether if this guy is interested or not. Remember just to be yourself when you have this conversation, show your attraction for him in a beautiful smile on your lips. Take it from there. I believe it may work. ;)
