Get outside if the weather is good. Go on a bug hunt, finger painting, treasure hunt in the garden, feed ducks in the park, take the trike out. Just have fun! these days will be few and far between and your little ones will grow up so fast, so whatever you do - HAVE FUN!

If the weather is nice where you are, a nice trip to a park with a picnic and/or feeding the ducks would be wonderful for them. I suspect you will be thinking around nap times, so don't plan anything that takes masses of time, but being outside would be great for them.
If it is not so nice you could find a soft play area. There are loads of these around now, and they have great facilities for the ages that you mention. Ball pits, arts & craft sections, etc.
If you have a spare hour also and a local leisure centre with a creche, you could book one of them into the creche and take the other one swimming.
I hope you enjoy your day at home.

Go into town/city wherever you live. Then go to the park and spend some time with them, come home and put your feet up and watch tv

Take them out for some fresh air.
Go to a craft store and see if you can find something in there to entertain them with later.

Find a good playground and let them run around, feed the ducks, let them have a drink in a cafe, perhaps lunch at McDonalds? Home after lunch, watch a video with them, do some art or crafts with them, play with lego? Do some simple cooking with them?

ıf you stay at home you can try to bake something together. Give them something to stirr or mix. yes it would be messy but will be very cerative and fun for them.
