She should be fine for a few more days. However, if you are likely to be ill longer, she would be better with someone to take her for a while. The ideal, would be to get a friend to come and help you exercise her daily..
I hope you get well soon!

I am sorry , if you are sick as you are.. makes me wonder what you are doing on the net asking this question. I don't agree with anyone here about she will be find lock up in a bathroom. Let her out. She would be better off laying in bed with you then lock up in a bathroom. You didn't say if you were letting her out to go to the bathroom. If you are letting her do her business in the bathroom you will have a hard time breaking her of doing that.
I am sorry I just don't agree with it. There were days I have been so sick that I thought I was going to die, but I never lock my dogs anywhere. Nope, get her out of bathroom because if you can get your butt on the net being so sick you can take care of your dog.

She will be fine as long as she is fed, let out etc. I suggest keeping your bedroom door open and letting her sleep close to you on the bed or even let her have the house. The bathroom is a small confined area, not very fair on the dog.
I wouldnt leave the dog locked in the bathroom.. if you cant have her in the house or the bedroom so she can be close to you then let her stay somewhere til your feeling better
Feel better soon

Dogs can sense it, if your not feeling well. The dog can't catch anything from you, and I think it's kind of cruel to keep her locked up anywhere. I think you should just let her out and let her be with you, she'll be ok! I hope you feel better really soon!

She probably knows your sick, but do you need her locked up in the bathroom? She isn't going to catch anything from you. If you need her to stay away because she is too bouncy that is cool, but if you are worried she will catch something, you should have no worries.

I think all dogs can sense if someone is sick. I know that when I'm sick my dogs lay beside me insead of doing their usual loud barking and running around with one another.
