Is it because we are prideful, ashamed, or just too stubborn to admit it? I believe that if we admit our flaws, we can relate to someone and possible help them as well as ourselves to submit to God. What do you think?

I'm afraid to admit some of them to other people, but I figure that God already knows about them, so there's no point in being shy!!

No, I'm not afraid to admit my sins. It wouldn't do any good to deny them when God knows all the sins I've done. God knows what is in our hearts and there is no use to try and lie about it, it will only get you into more trouble.

No because I don't believe in "sin". I have nothing to be ashamed about. I'll admit I have flaws, but those are not the same thing as "sin".

And I am not into submission to any deity.

I think I'm past prideful and shamed. I might be stuck at stubborn, I worry about my curiosity. It often leads me away from where I want to be. Thankfully, it's always temporary and I find my way back. Once you truly start shedding the layers of sin, you become aware of it's depths.

I'm not afraid to admit to something that for me doesn't exist, I also see no reason to broadcast my transgressions and mistakes (as some sins are indeed classified in other faiths and the secular world as mistakes).

Why ask?

I am not ashamed to admit when I am wrong. But sins?I don't admit to or even acknowledge the act of sin because that implies I believe in dogma- which I don't.
