"Euro Million Lottery" is a very common scam lottery.

You can tell these are email lotteries are fake because:
(1) You can't win a lottery if you didn't enter (i.e. buy a ticket)
(2) There is no such thing as a lottery of email addresses.
(3) There is no such thing as an "international lottery", and in fact most countries have laws prohibiting their citizens from entering lotteries in other countries.
(4) If you DID win, you wouldn't need to pay money to get your prize delivered by courier, especially not a few hundred.
(5) The only lottery in the UK is the National Lottery.

Fraudulent (Scam) Emails – what to do first

Lottery scam (fraudulent) emails are increasing at an alarming rate.

Scam emails try to persuade the email receiver to submit personal information or to part with money as an up front payment in order to release a winning lottery prize.

As a general rule, if you have not purchased a ticket for the UK National Lottery, you won’t have won a prize, and you should treat the email with absolute caution.

The following points are some things to look for in order to identify a fraudulent email:

* If the email says ‘Winning Notification’ or ‘Lottery Sweep Stake’ in the text, the email you’ve received is not from UK National Lottery;
* We don’t tell players how much they've won in an email; and
* We don’t ask for any Player information like name, address or bank details on an email.

Any time you get a notice that you won something and you never even entered the contest, lotterty, etcetera it is bogus. When they ask you for money to receive any part of it you can bet it is a scam. There is are two old sayings: (1) If it sounds too good to be true, you can bet it's "not". (2) There is a sucker born every minute. Sorry. I hope this answers your question.

if they are asking for money up front probably not.
see if you can phone them and you can tell them to bill you after you have been paid.
there are hundreds of lottery scams out there so beware
