The biggest bit of advice would be to take the initiative. I had a botfriend who was 22 years old and a virgin, but with a little encouragement and direction he was fantastic in bed. The biggest thing preventing these guys from already doing it is that they have been taught not to pressure a girl for sex.
I started with flirting and touching, and then I progressed to making bets and playing games with sexual favors for the winner. He was a hockey fan, so we started to bet that if his team won, I would make out with him without my shirt on. This progressed to more bets and more touching for whoever was the winner. One time instead of going out to the movies for the sixth or seventh time, I surprised him and said we should order pizza and play strip poker instead.
As for the logistics of the actual act, the best thing for a virgin or even a guy who has done it before is to gently guide his hands to where you want to be touched. If you want oral ask him and encourage him with moans of pleasure or words of advice when he uses his tongue in just the right way. More than anything, have fun and laugh. If you really like this guy, then wait on the sex part. In time it will come naturaly, and if you love this guy, it will be the best ever, and that goes for men too. But, if you must, the advantage is that you can teach him and with practice he will be great. But beware...you may create a stud and he may look for others! Stay away from giving him porn! Its ALL FAKE. Don't give him the idea that women like it like that.
