God created angels. People from earth do not turn into angels. There are 144000 that will go to heaven and rule with christ. They are called spiritual israelites. also kings and priests.
But God doesn't need any more angels. If he did he would create them.
Most of mankind will posses the earth forever..The meek will posses the earth.

Angels are seperate entities. Angels are spirits.

Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. Luke 24:39

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? Hebrews 1:14

The ' angels' of heaven are a separate creation. they are God's messengers. They were created long before man.

ONLY 144,000 have a heavenly outcome. Revelation 7;4 and 14;1.
The rest of us, billions, remain ' asleep' in deathj until resurrected.
Our condition when dead is found at Ecclesiastes 9; 5,6

Angels are fictional characters.
People are real.
Real living things do not become fictional after they die. They stop living and they cease to exist except in some people memories for a while....
