Christianity is what I'm talking about, that freaking book was sicker then the Saw movies and Hostel combined!
I'm also going off of something I heard once in a movie: the old gods are passing away and the new ones will take their place.
I think it means that we give power to the gods and they're nothing without us and only exist because of us. So, why go for the sickest one to give all your power too?

Because fear is a great motivator... I refuse to give him any presence in my life, my Gods do not threaten me to gain my love.

You are sadly mistaken. Why you ask? Because all of what you want to call new god's, are old god's. Those old god's had human sacrifice. When God the only True God said to kill all the people in a land, kill all the animals and destroy everything in the land it is because He didn't want sin to rise up in their (Jew's) land that they were taking. As we can see today (if you study) there are certain groups of people ou there that should not be out there. The reason they are is because King Saul allowed some of the people in the lands that he was taking over to live when God said that All of them are to die.

You're quoting a line from a movie??!! There is no old gods. There is only one God. If you haven't read the New Testament then you need to. God done the most selfless thing there is, and that was to send His Son to die on the cross for our sins, so that through Him will not perish, but have everlasting life.
Jesus died and resurrected, He was the sacrifice, He payed the price for our sins, and it is only through Jesus that we are saved and by the Grace of God that we are forgiven.

First off we don't give GOD any power He has all the power.

They do so out of fear and ignorance. They are taught that he is the only god and that there are no other valid options, that you either worship him or burn.
I could never worship such a monster. I do honor the Old Gods of my ancestors.
