You can give them the special puppy milk from any pet supply, or vet's office. WalMart carries it, so any department store with pet section will likely have it .
For today, you can give canned milk, mixed with equal parts of water. Stir in baby cereal (rice cereal) to thicken it a bit, and feed it from your fingers. Let them lick it off your fingers until they catch on to eating it from a pie-plate..If you can't get baby cereal soon enough, you can use plain crackers. (no seasoning) crumbled in the milk mixture. Very soon, just a day or two, they will be able to eat puppy food. Mush it up with warmed puppy milk, and in a week, you can just mush it up with warm water..

DO NOT feed regular milk..It will cause deadly diarrhea.

You are going to have your hands very full. I got my pup at 2 weeks old his mother had bad milk and the condition in which the parents and other siblings lived in was horrible. He was a handful by himself and you have 9 get all the help you can get cause you are going to need it. Why are they orphaned at 3 weeks? Anyways first of all Puppy replacement milk should be mixed 1 part formula to 2 parts water they usually measure in teaspons or tablesoons. Bottles are the same as the ones you get for a human baby only the nipple may need to be cut open a little more so that they don't get frustratd since it comes out so slow. Try getting a preemie nipple and take a safety pin that has been sterilized and poke 6-8 more hols in it to give a more medium flow. They will need to be fed about every 3-4 hours round the clock until they are 4 weeks old. At 3 weeks some pups are still unable to go to the bathroom by themselves so you will need to do this for then before and after they eat. Take a baby wipe ir damp piece of papertowel and rub according to their sex in the proper area. If you do not make them poop especially they will get consipated. At 4 weeks start to wean them off the formula and on to mushed food canned is a little more appealing. Mix that with some formula but still feed a bottle 1-2 times per day. Week 5 completly off milk and only on wet or soaked dry food. Week 6 they should be either on hard food not soaked or hard and canned food mixed. Make sure to get puppy food they need to eat the meals 3-4 times a day. Always make sure that there is fresh water available to them. You might need to enlist the help of a neighbor or friend until the bottle feeding is done. It will be overwhelming so if you are unable to do it alone contact your local spca or shelter for help. Good Luck

I will tell you what my vet told me. First - do they have teeth? If not, keep checking as they should be in no later than 4 weeks! Do they suckle well? If so a baby bottle of the right size will work(pet or a small human bottle will work.) with dog milk replacer that you will find at Wal-Mart.

You can bottle feed them every 3 to 4 hours and they should be able to sleep through the night or at most require one night feeding. I asked my vet how much to feed - (first the can gives suggestions based on size of the puppy on the milk replacer) My vet said to feed the puppies until they are full. I said how will I know? She said when they can't take anymore it will come out their nose. You will have to burp the puppies too just like a baby.

At 3 to 3 1/2 weeks, my vet said to try baby cereal mixed with puppy milk replacer. Put their mouths in the pan or put some food on your finger and put the food in their mouths. They should quickly get the hang of it - especially without mom as they will be hungry.

My vet says to also try canned food mixed with milk replacer in a pan bg enough for the puppies to circle around - or two pans if there are too many of them.

Once they get the idea of how to eat you can try other options. Soak dry food in about double the amount of hot/warm water for a half hour or so. If they won't eat this at first add some milk replacer or some canned food to the mix. To make the mix more healthful I sometimes add a dog vitamin and/or some plain yogurt.

As long as you can get them bottle feeding for a couple of days until you transition them to solid food you should be OK.

Be sure you have wormed the puppies as puppies that have parasites are often hard to wean.

If you have problems with all of this to begin with buy some nutrical to keep the puppies strength up, or add some sugar to their water (to taste) while you are weaning them to solid food (if you can get them to lap water) This will give you a little more time if you have minor weaning issues. However, it is urgent to get food in their tummies.

If you have a difficult puppy, get a dropper and force feed him or her milk replacer by squirting a few drops at a time down his throat. The vet showed me how to do this and I saved a puppy like this. I also gave him yogurt and gerber baby food.
Good luck! If you keep this up you can have at least most of them eating on their own by 4 weeks or a day or two thereafter.

In most towns there is a 24hr emergency vet...take them there....

They probably are half dead already if you haven't attempted to make provisions for them. They need to be fed every couple hours, take them to your vet, any vet or shelter. Maybe some of the techs will try to bottle nurse them and keep them alive. You have to do that immediately!

There are too many for you to try and keep them alive on your own. You need help as it is an all day all night responsibility.

They have puppy formula at the pet store or grocery store.

Emergency Feeding: You can dip the end of a soft cloth in the milk and let the puppy suck the cloth.

Here are some replacement formulas you can make.

Milk Replacement Formula #1
Mix to-gether in a clean container:
8 ounces of water
8 ounces evaporated milk - (I use Pacific - it has a mild taste)
1 beaten egg yolk
1 tablespoon corn syrup

Strain through double cheese cloth into a clean jar and refrigerate.
Feed using a bottle or a feeding tube.
Give 1/2 ml (cc.) for each ounce of body weight every 4 - 6 hours.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Milk Replacement Formula #2

Mix in a 16 ounce container.
4 ounces evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons Safflower oil
25,000 I.U. Vitamin A
1/2 teaspoon liquid Vitamin B Complex with Iron
Fill the container with whole milk to bring the total amount to 16 ounces.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Milk Replacement Formula #3

1 cup of yogurt plain whole fat
2 eggs
2 cans of evaporated milk
2 tablespoons of whole mayonnaise
Blend in the blender.
Make sure you get the whole (not the low fat) plain yogurt.
Make sure it's evaporated milk and not condensed milk.

Don't forget to 'burp' the puppy if you have to bottle or tube-feed.

The vet sells powdered milk that you feed them that is similar to the mothers milk. You need to get them started on this right away.

You need to go to the vet ASAP. In the meantime, go to the supermarket and buy some baby milk powder and make it and put it into a baby bottle. Get them to the vet ASAP because the puppies need proper food ALL THE TIME or they will die.
