If you want to earn respect then do the following things:
-> Be positive
-> Show your feelings, if you really agree with their ideas. Dont be silent.
-> Just be silent when you dont agree with them.
In this manner,you will not show your respect however will earn their respect.

You harvest what you sow.If you sow seed of discord you harvest it,disrespect,you harvest it and respect,you harvest it.The only good thing is that the choice is always yours.
