The two have entirely different applications. a cost comparison is pointless. The H pile is driven and supports its load by friction between the pile and the earth. A bored pile rests on a hard surface at the bottom of the borehole.

A bored ple would typically be drilled (or driven w/ a Pile driver) and cleaned out then filled w/ reinforced concrete. a H pile would be an H section of steel Dirven w/ a Pile driver
