same with 15.....pyatnatsat or pitnatsat. I know that 5 is pyat but in 15,50 ,etc...it sounds more like pit.

Does number always stay the same? Like, will the number be different if it's feminine like "23 books"book in Russian is feminine.

I also have a question to ask you.
Kakoi tvoi lubimiy svet ?
Tell me your answer.....lol

You are right about pronounciation in words 50 and 15.
You write "pyatdesyat"- "пятьдесят" and "pyatnadcat" - "пятнадцать" but pronounce it as "pitdecyat" and "pitnadcat". And the reason is that letter "я" in both of these words is not concenant.

23 books will be "двадцать три книги" but if 25 books it will be "двадцать пять книг". The gender will change only if you will try to say the number for this book on the shelf: " 23rd book" - "двадцать третья книга" and "25th bus" - "двадцать пятый автобус".

acctually as in writing it's PYAT', but when we say that is more sounds like pitnadsat'..... but as in pronouncing i don't think there are big difference how you say it!

Number in that case would sound like twenty three - dvadsat' tri knigi (if books in prural form- several bookS), but if you say twenty third book to the left on the book shelf for exapmle - in that case 23 would be like dvadsat' tret'ya. And of course sometimes numbers change if it feminine or not, it depends on what you want to say

and my favourite color is green - moi lyubimii svet zelenii
