Do girls get turned on from hugging their significant other like guys do?

As a guy, I sometimes get hard when hugging my girlfriend or simply holding her hands. Do girls get horny from doing that too? Is it obvious to the girls themselves like it is obvious for guys? Or does it just feels good and cuddly (but not turned on)?

And yes that can also make her feel sexy.
