There are two conjugation. I live= жив+у=живу but for some words end in ю and not y.

By thw way, is it pronounce like jeevoo ?

The different endings are impossible to learn here in seconds... maybe you could take up someone's offer to help you over time. You'll certainly need to study often and regularly.

It's pronounced, "zhi - VOO", with the stress on the last syllable.

You notice у and ю as endings of different present tense 1st person conjugation depending on the preceding sounds/letters. ю follows sounds that are palatalized, typically, at the end of these verbs.

It is pronounced Zhivu, to be more exact.
