She is an extremely friendly and obedient *****,and well loved cared for.We dont have a clue as to how to handle this problem.My vet is unable to help .Pls advise

is it out of excitment,my collie does it too. hes only young im hoping hell grow out of it....
other than that i think the solution is for visitors not to fuss to excite her

Take her out to the toilet when visitors are expected.Keep her calm and look for signs of fear-it can be caused by nervousness.

try to calm her down if you know someone is coming over.also she could be marking her territory so others dint get the attention she wants off you.or over excitement

it is either excitement or fear you should be able to tell which one. when people visit try not to get her worked up try and keep her calm get visiters to give her a biscuit when she is calm and sits eventually it should distract her from peeing.
