I just down loaded a video effects program but my comp doesn't do rar files what do I do

u can download RAR file decompressers from the net. Just doa search for 'Winrar' and im sure u'll find it. Its pretty similar to winzip.

rar is a compressed file like zip. to uncompress it download winrar from www.rarlab.com

You will need to have install "winrar".
RAR files are compressed files. You will de-compress it using winran and then u can use this.
