No. You can't change someone's mind with positive or negative energy, but you can throw dishes at them, and that might make you feel better.

It's said that
if you wish for something really hard with determination &
if you visualise it happening &
don't be at all doubtful about it happening,
then you can make it happen.In that sense, of course you can do it.
But are you prepared to do that & do you know what will be better for you.
It might not work in your favour .
Whether it is through positive / negative energy, Controlling someones mind is not a very good idea. It might backfire on you later. You may not like the outcomes that follow.
It's better to understand WHY you want to change their mind so desperately. The solution for your peace might be easier than trying to manipulate someone else's thinking.

You're talking manipulation, control and emotional blackmail to get what you want which is nothing more than being selfish. There is nothing positive about any of it. Now if you want to change someones mind in order to help that person, without any thought of your own personal benefit, then that's a different story. The only worthwhile positive energy you're talking about stems from love which lies at the foundation of true grace and Godliness. Try taking THAT kind of positive energy and use it on yourself so that you may become a better person who is void of greedy ambition and contemptuous self aggrandizement.
