how can i study in english fluently if i'm not at school?

You can have a good dictionary with theasurus also in it, u must read a column of the english newspaper and then underline the difficult words and see their meanings in dictionary.Plz momorize them by heart and if u r not an english native do translation of ten sentences from ur language into english . Go for GRAMMAR BOOKS also.I think it may b of some help
