I am about 5 ft and exercising heavily, I need to know how many calories I need each day. Can anyone help?

About 1500-2000 a day. Atleast that's what they say. It really varies on the nutritional needs of every individual.

since ur exercising regularly i suggest around 2300-2500, if ur exercising to loose weight 1900
