I'm a guy but I had to say this :
Its the feeling that makes the hug , don't think that the hug would create the feeling .
I hug guys and girls , old and young for so many reasons .

Hmmm. Depends on the guy. Most often I feel safe and secure if he's a good friend. I feel attracted if he's very strong (nice squeeze). I feel grossed out if he tries to cop a feel.

Depends on the person. If I'm hugging them, I obviously have some affection for them so, I'd say I feel affection and in some cases, love.

ummm...it depends. on the hug, the guy, the timing. if it's a friend then no. if its my boyfriend then sometimes. if im cold and hes trying to warm me up then most definatly thats almost as good as a kiss.
