In the old days that meant respect, that he respects and cares for you, some very admirable qualities I would say. A kiss on the forehead can be very sensual, not many people like that around today. Maybe he is the one? Best of luck with your romance.

in a relationship a kiss on the forehead means that he loves u so much, if u are jsut friends it means that he wants to love u if u give him that chance. really depends on the situation. pay attention to how long the kiss is cus if its just a peck then its friendly but if its kinda long then he wants to love u.
