It is true that dale means give literally but "dale" is also use to mean go ahead or move in the way is use in this song means exactly that Dale que tu puedes is saying "go ahead, that you can" or "go, that you can"

I think in this context it means 'Give it what you can' or 'Give it your all' as the next bit is 'I love the way you move' [when dancing?].

By the way, the last word is 'puedeS.'

Give him what you can. Him meaning the animal probably. I never heard it.
