"Oh my God!"
Seriously though...
Is it you? Is it really you? Please prove it... I'm so sorry for doubting, but if you really are the Lord, you know me better than I know myself. I need to know this.
So, you are really Him? The almighty? Then please tell me, if it's not too much trouble... Why? Why are we here? Why is there so much suffering in the world? I know you must have your reasons, and I shouldn't even whisper these words to you.... But it is the only thing I have ever wondered in my entire life. Please tell me there is a reason for me, and the rest of us, being here. How come you couldn't stop all the evil? Why, Lord, why...?
I see... well... you are my God, and I shall love you as you love me. I am so sorry for ever disbelieving you. Please forgive me.

Your question presumes that Jesus is god and that a judgment day will happen.
I don't think that is the case. Jesus was a brilliant, very charismatic man that had radical ideas, like "love your enemy." Everyone else at the time was trying to conquer and destroy other countries. Leader, yes, coming back? I don't think so. That's all Christian dogma. Stuff you have been told you HAVE to believe.
I don't like people telling me how to think or what to believe. I LIKE TO OBSERVE AND DRAW MY OWN CONCLUSIONS. I DON'T FOLLOW BLINDLY BECAUSE SOMEONE TOLD ME TO DO SO.
I don't think a judgment by a supernatural entity will take place, but I do think, at some point in every ones life, you start to JUDGE YOURSELF!
After all, according to your beliefs, god forgives everyone, right? So what's the fear of this "judgment?"

If I met Jesus, I'd no longer be a non-believer, would I? I'd have the proof I've been asking for all along, and with new data comes new conclusions. If Jesus didn't understand that, he'd be far too stupid a deity for me to want to speak with further.

Hypothetical questions that are loaded to include the a possibility of deity that does not exist are not going to be answered by atheists in any way that is satisfactory. Let's assume that you have died and are not resurrected despite your lifelong devotion to the man in the beard does that make you wrong or deluded?

Honestly?
I would ask him what his opinion was on the world, and as he stood in horror, I would politely inform him that it was all because of the people under his name.

Honestly I'd have to say " You got me, I was wrong." Then if he was as truly merciful as he is said to be he would say " I forgive you, and I can understand how you got it wrong since things weren't exactly crystal clear to you."

The question is flawed. "(that you finally realised that He is indeed God)" How can you predict that this would be my conclusion?
