The paparazzi or the pepperoni because they caused the driver who was drunk to speed up also it could be possible that the Queen or Charles ordered it because he couldn't be king ever if he was a divorcee unless he was a widower ( a rule of the church of england).

I don't usually go for conspiracy theories but:
The Fiat Uno was eventually found locked away in a garage and belonged to an investigative journalist who by that time had mysteriously died in an apparent suicide. His wife said he was not depressed or anything and he was found in a remote location with his car burnt out and his body trapped inside, and the car was locked from the outside.
The traffic camera in the tunnel was facing the wrong way, turned to the wall.
It took paramedics two hours to drive Diana to the hospital, by which time she was dead. These two paramedics were never traced.
The Cleansing Department sprayed disinfectant in the tunnel before the Police could take forensic evidence.
An autopsy was carried out on her body in private before the Police had decided whether there was a need for an investigation, which is contrary to French law. Quite possibly a foetus was removed.
Henri Paul, the driver, had regular payments going into several bank accounts far in excess of his salary, and was later proved to be in the pay of both the British and French secret services. His parents stated that he did not drink or take drugs.
There were 25 road accident -related blood samples tested at that laboratory that night and it would have been very easy to mix them up, by accident or design.
There are more "coincidences" which are too numerous to mention, and some which I've forgotten.

I think its a mixture of all of them
The driver for diving the car whilst he had been drinking, the Paparaz for following the car and making drive at a higher than normal rate (plus theres an unknown car that has not been traced thats been involved in the accident) and diana for getting into a car if she had know the driver had been drinking.

Given that you've posted this in R&S, the answer must be that it was the will of the omniscient and omnipotent god!
On the spirituality theme, is it not odd that none of the myriad of clairvoyants and other woo-woo merchants the late people's princess allegedly consulted on a regular basis gave her any warning about getting into fast motors in paris with a plastered driver/bodyguard?

The Ritz hotel in Paris for expecting Henry Paul, who was off-duty, to drive her. I do not blame the driver, surely someone is allowed a few drinks in their time off. So it was the fault of the hotel. And who owns the hotel?
Or perhaps God did punish her as she was going to marry a Muslim. This is one of the events which suggests to me that there may be a god. Second to York Minster in 1984.

Diana & dodi had the choice of three cars, two of which had drivers who were on duty and had not been drinking, so the choice was theirs and as I see it they were to blame for their own deaths and that of the driver.
