Stop slapping him. Clearly he is not ready to start writing, just because YOU think he should be doesn't mean he is. Leave him alone, he is just a little boy not an adult...and STOP HITTING HIM all you are teaching him is that physical violence is okay when you don't get your own way. And saying your sorry is bullshit, if you used your brain you wouldn't have hit him in the first place. Saying your sorry is just an excuse for you not to feel guilty for hitting your child which you know was wrong in the first place.

Don't worry so much about it, most kids can't write when they start school.
The teachers will send papers home designed to help your child learn to wright the alphabet. At the age of 4, Children are just now developing their fine motor skills used for writing so to ask him to write some thing a thousand times is just way out there. Three times is usually enough. If you continue to push your child so hard he is going to get a bad attitude towards learning that is not some thing you want.

Just relax your little guy is going to be just fine and he will pick up on writing very quickly in a group setting.

First of all never slap any child till he is 5. Don't give him pencil to write instead give him pointed crayons to trace alphabets. he will easily learn to write and let him learn in a playing manner. when he will go to school even they will not use pencil use only crayons and when he will be able to hold crayons and like to do colouring then he will be interested in writing with pencil. don't get panic he will learn everything. since he is just quarter to 4 and is too small to write anything, once he starts going school he will write alphabets also.

It is not required for him to write now! He is not even 4...My son is nearly 5 and can write but not that great! Give it up and let him PLAY! He has all the time in the world to learn to write in school...that is why we have teachers, let them teach...you parent! Certain things can be taught at home others we need the professionals for and writing is one of them. LET HIM BE 3 years old as long as he can!

Is he doing an entire day already? i assume the college would not have a nursery in any different case he would not be in reception already. My son has only became 5 and he has additionally only began reception, many of the extra youthful ones won't initiate till after christmas so it is not staggering that your son is suffering. i might attempt to artwork with the instructor as they are particularly good at recognizing whilst babies are suffering to settle in. this is all it sounds choose to me, and at the same time you are able to help him. there is a good number of getting to grasp by using play, ask in case you are able to go into the college room to help out and spot how issues artwork. that's rather relaxing! If the instructor has certainly mentioned aspergers then i might forget approximately approximately it except you hear it from somebody this is definitely qualified to diagnose this!
