while god make this situation forbiden
and one day or another they will have sex or they will make adultry which is a sin
but
when the male rush this relation and give her some drugs and do it while she is not inconcous
is this just adultry

It's fornication, possibly adultery if one is married,rape, assault and lack of self control and the man will always be held accountable in the court of law over the women.
