You take the cat to the vet. You tell the vet and your sister what you did.

I think you should, it sounds bad and its going to affect her health she should know so that she can inform the vet what happened so they can help your sisters cat out, if anything happens to the cat and the ear gets infected real bad and it probably is, just imagine how you will feel if the cat has to be be put down cause of the pain she is in and your sisters reaction will be if it has to come to this and you not telling her could of save the cat from any more suffering then shes going through

Shouldn't you be more worried about the condition of the cat rather than if your sister will be angry with you? If you did it on PURPOSE i could see you being worried because you would be a jerk.. but if it was an accident, come clean! Accidents happen and your sister should understand.
I hope someone took the poor cat to the vet.. imagine your ear slowly and painfully dissolving.. and wonder if you should go to the hospital or not. Kitty needs medical attention and pain relievers!

OMG!! sad. say the cat chopped off its ear or something, dont tell ur sis!
take the cat to the vet also!

1) the vet did it
2)the groomer did it
3)he got a scissors and chopped
4) he bit it off
5)the kid next door threw him into a wall
