it goes: SAGIYOC OTAMTTYE UOA NL ELY

i thought up the pattern while not listening in math class one morning... and so far no one has been able to solve it without help from me(not even my English teacher), so i'm leaving it up to everyone here to figure it out without any help or hints from me... email me if you cant figure it out at all, but only after you've answered here

Looks like a simple-substitution cipher.

However, with so few letters to work from, it will be quite difficult to solve - Can you give us a second sentence to work with?

This is something like saying Can you solve this code? VJUO...

PS: A simple substitution cipher means that you subsitute the same letter for the same letter each time (e.g. A always gets replaced with R or some such). But again, with so few letters to work with, this will definitely be challenging. You've only got 13 letters out of the 26 in use. Your edit says that's all there are...? Not sure I'm following that. Unless you're saying that these 13 letters somehow fill the role of all 26 in the alphabet. Which is quite possible. Perhaps a scramble...Hrms.
