As a girl, I'd say: nope, i doubt that's a good thing to do for any rational being. It could hurt someone in a pretty serious way. And you might lose the tape, and it'd spread all over the world and stuff like that. Since you've already done it, you shouldn't let anyone else have it. and keep it safe, or just delete it. i think you should just take it like a man and put it behind you.
As a guy, I'd say: hell yea. show it to her new boyfriend too. (but yea, i said SHOW, not GIVE.) :D

No it is not ok. Taping her without her knowledge is still wrong. If she lied, and was seeing someone else, just leave her.
