If you drink it sans creamer it probably has less than 25 calories (like eating a quarter piece of bread) and has caffiene to help burn more calories.

Personally, I'd say stick to the coffee. Hell, pour youself another cup!!!

Caffeine has been linked to many things. But, I don't know of any data that links it to weight gain. Easy on the sugar and cream - coffee has no calories until you add them. Stay away from lattes and mochas - unless you get the fat free, sugar free varieties and you should be fine.

why are you on an diet its not good for helth and immune system



use yoga ha its the best method i have tried it so asking you for it

yes it is one of the best ways.as it does not have any side effects.
and any one can do it of any age .
not only for over weight it is use full in large no of diseases....
it breaks your internal fats slowly but completely.and there is no need to have a special diet plan or so

coffee without sugar and cream is even better when you are dieting because coffee is a natural diuretics... trust me i've tried it with aerobics and lost about 20lbs.
