It depends on what you guys are doing. If it's just dating-kissing, holding hands, etc. then that's cool. But if there's more then no. Your not ready for that yet.

Of course its alright!
Age honestly doesn't matter to me, it may make a bit of a difference now, but in the future it'll barely matter.
My parents are 4 years apart, my aunt and uncle 7 and my other aunt and uncle 12! And they have all been married for a very long time and have had a successful relationship.

However,
you being at the age of 14 probably aren't looking for marriage now so my advice is to just back off and relax a little now? Wait...a lot of good comes from it and if he isn't willing to wait for you then you know it wasn't meant to be.
Also, you may want be extremely careful it would be very sad if he took advantage over you,
Chill with the dating, who dates unless you are looking to stay with that person forever? Right now, you cant so whats the point???

good luck to you!

You're going to hate hearing this but a guy that age just wants sex. At 15 you're too young, especially with a guy that age. Trust me, at 15 I made that mistake and didn't regret it until I met a guy that was really really worth it and I couldn't give it up to him.

It's also wrong because he may be more mature than you are and still try to take advantage of you and manipulate your heart and mind.

Just break him off easy and at least be friends for a few years before you get into anything too serious.

At 17, he'll most likely just break your heart.

14 and 50 can be OK but there has to be love and consent. It's your personal choice of why you're in the relationship and if you love this 17 year old guy. Just be wise about it, use protection, and don't get hurt. Love knows no age.

I think its fine. im 15 and my boyfriends 19. and me and him are headover heels in love with each other. we're engaged, but cant get married for three years (obviously) but we've been together since i was 12 and he was 16. You will probably get alot of people telling you hes too old for you, but age is just a number. YOU decide whether you too can be together or not.

15 and 17 will not matter. 14 sounds like a bigger gap but it isn't really. Do not listen to the people that say you're too young and he only has one thing on his mind....NEWS FLASH! ALL guys have that thing on their mind...especially at your age!!! Should it matter?
