Deu 18:22 when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.

-----------------

According to Mat 24:34, Jesus said that his generation would not pass away until the end times take place:

Mat 24:34 Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.

Unfortunately I must inform you that you misunderstand that scripture and have taken it from the surounding scripture which reveals everything he said concerning this matter. Start at Matthew 24:26

[26] "So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. [27] For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. [28] Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather. [29] "Immediately after the distress of those days " 'the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.' [30] "At that time the sign of the Son of Man will apear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. [31] And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. [32] "Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. [33] Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. [34] I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. [35] Heaven and earth will pass away, buy my words will never pass away.

This particular scripture Jesus is telling his disciples of his second return. If you look at verse 33 it indicates to look at the scripture before it. Specifically the signs listed before verses 33 & 34. Then 34 is indicating that the generation which witnesses these signs will not pass away.

As a recommendation, make sure to read surrounding scripture before drawing conclusions about what is being said. This goes for me too. :) Happy reading.

I still don't understand how you see that Jesus is a false prophet. None of those scriptures say that. Where did you get that from? There is no where in the bible that plainly says Jesus is a false prophet. Maybe non-believers in the bible believed that but it is not true. I would like to know why you would believe in a bible that has so much hatred in it. Your bible (Koran) says that killing people is ok and beating your wives. Those are only some of what your Koran says that is hateful. How can a human being think that it is ok to kill people? How is it ok to take the innocence of a child away and hand them a gun? Wouldn't you rather believe in a bible and God that is unconditionally loving and caring for all of his people? Do you not love unconditionally? Have you ever sat down and actually read the bible front to back? And I don't mean skipping scriptures either. Christians do not live by the old testament, we live by the new testament. Read Mathew to Revelations thoroughly without taking out what you want to take out and not adding what you want to add.

Jesus is prophesying about the future. There are related verses in which he is now expounding and confirming:
Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here , which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom. -Matthew 16:28. Which predicts the Resurrection.
And:
Verily I say unto you, all these things shall come upon this generation.-Matthew 23:36. Which predicts his crucifiction and the destruction of the Temple. He also predicts a persecution of the Christians and martyrs that will come.

In the verse you cite (Matthew 24:34), you must read the meaning to be from the proceeding verse. Christ is talking about the parable of the fig tree. The real meaning that Christ has is that the kingdom of God is at hand.
The Parable of the Fig tree is at Mark 13:28 and Luke 21:29.

Looks like you really need an English lesson! Which part of the Bible declares Jesus to be a false prophet? Unless you can point to such a verse, don't falsely accuse the Bible of things it does not say!

Just because you can produce a verse that allegedly is your proof-text does not mean your case is won. How do you know if you have the correct interpretation? Truth is, you have failed to interpret the Bible correctly and I do fault you for that. Not because you have made an honest error, but because you have repeatedly shown yourself to refuse to do the right approach. The entire context of Matt 24 was about Jesus talking about the last days, so "this generation" Jesus was talking about referred to those people living at the last days when the events spoken about took place.

Perhaps you should sign up at the nearest Bible seminary, but don't tell your Muslim friends and leaders about it.

Correction: the main circulate Islam which constitutes ninety% of Muslims have a distinctive teachings relating to the Mahdi. The Mahdi would be born sometime interior the destiny (possibly quickly, no person knows) he would be from the infants of Hassan and not Hussain. His call would be like the Prophet (pbuh) Muhammad bin Abdullah he won't understand that he's the Mahdi, till that's time. he would be introduced at the same time as he's in Mecca and persons will rush to grant him allegiance. he will declare conflict on the distant places forces interior the section and his combat would be for extra or less 7 years. Then the Anti-Christ will seem and combat back and just about win all of the earth. At that element Jesus (pbuh) will descent close to the white minaret in Damascus. he will meet the army of Mahdi on the time of Fajr (first easy) prayer, while they're approximately to desire. The Mahdi will retreat to permit Jesus lead the prayer. Jesus insists that the Mahdi proceed to steer "this" prayer because it grew to become into referred to as for him "Iqama" subsequently after Jesus takes over and lead the prayers and the army and the combat. Jesus Kills the Anti-Christ (Dajjal) Mahdi dies at one element. Jesus keeps to stay for 40 years because of the fact the Caliph. ---------------- The minority Muslims misunderstood the gesture of Jesus insisting that Mahdi ought to steer that prayer and concept that that's a demonstration for the hierarchy no longer understanding or forgetting that during recent times if the Imam is previous due the prayer can't be at the back of schedule so the different individual can lead the prayer and as quickly as that starts even is the Imam arrives he can no longer lead the prayer, that's purely too previous due. yet he alternatives up on the different prayer as commonplace. ---------------- So, specific Jesus is greater in rank to the Mahdi, as all of us understand that Jesus is unquestionably one among the precise 5 prophets in rank exceptionally different prophets subsequently all human beings. Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad. Even that all of us understand that we nevertheless are actually not meant to prefer or placed one prophet above the others, like the prophet Muhammad taught. ---------------- the classes that Imams from the infants of the prophet are greater in rank has no foundation what so ever.

There is no need to argue the Bible with you and I
am not. You do not accept the Bible anyway. I will
only say that, taken out of context, any statement made
by any human being can be made out to be false, when
it is actually a true statement.

The end of time He was speaking of referred physically
to the spiritual and political destruction of Jerusalem.
This did occur during the lifetime of those around him.

You don't even understand what it is talking about. Verse. 34 meant that generation of men then living should not pass till all these things be done-that he listed in the verses before. that great part of that generation would be passed away, but not the whole. Just so it was. For the city and temple were destroyed thirty-nine or forty years after.

You need to actually read the Bible. Jesus, when he said this generation shall not pass, was telling them what would be the signs of his return.

Israel became a country again on 5/14/48. That generation, the one born on that date would not all be dead before the signs of his return would start.

That's what he meant. You can't take one phrase out of context and use it to prove an invalid point.

It did come to pass, almost 40 years to the day. Do some research - read Josephus, Eusebius, and study up on Preterism. The prophesies described by Jesus in the Olivet Discourse were fulfilled in 70 AD.
Even scholars insist that Jesus never made these prophesies, because they are *too* accurate.

Kimo:

As a muslim i would say, "if you are a muslim and question Eessa (Jesus) PBUH, i and all other muslims will question your faith.

Actually looking at your pic, your name and the question i am curious if you are a muslim?

Islam gives us clear cut rules and guidelines. Any view which is not Islamic stand out it can't mix.
---------------

Gratvol : Kimo is not questioning Islam rather he has put his own belief under question. It has nothing to do with Islam.

Lover of God: You can't call a person Haji just by his picture. If Bush wears a scarf and a beard he wont become haji so don't make conclussions based on a pic.

Peace
