mary was a humble woman. and a faithful one, always giving glory to God.

do you think that on Judgment day, she will stand before everyone and say, " never had i told them to call me Mother of God. Never had i told them to pray through or to me. how scary! because Glory belongs to God alone! seek God only!"

Mary said all she needed to say, and she doesn't need the likes of you, putting words into her mouth.

"God only" is unbiblical, and is merely a false tradition of protestants.

"God and his mystical body, the Church" is biblical ... and no part of a body is ever cut off from another, for any good purpose.

If you deny that Mary is the Mother of God, you deny the divinity of Jesus Christ, as he is truly God, and Mary is truly his mother.

The role of the Queen, who is the mother of the King, in the Royal House of David, has always been one of intercessor. God established it as such during the reign of King Solomon, a fact which is duly reflected in scripture.

Mary is the mother of Jesus, the rightful King of Heaven, and the eternal King of the House of David, so Mary rightfully intercedes for the people with her divine son, Jesus, just as Queen Bathsheba did in days of old.

The apostles and the disciples all knew this to be fact.

You have a Bible. Quit ignoring the facts, and look it up!

Give to God what is Gods and give to Cesar what is Cesar's. Jesus said that, I believe it fits still. You can give homage and honor to people alive and past on. Just be sure you give the glory to God and remember you need no intercessor but Jesus Christ alone, He goes within the veil, He told us He would pray the Father for us. Mary the mother of Jesus Christ was woman above the rightness of other women, that's why God chose her as the sinless vessel to bear The Son of God. Think about it.

To Catholics:

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23

"As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" Romans 3:10

"They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one." Romans 3:12

"But the scripture hath concluded all under sin..." Galatians 3:22

"For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." Ecclesiastes 7:20

"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" Romans 5:12

--Catholics rather than recognizing Jesus as the only sinless One, Catholicism contradicts Scripture and insists that Mary was also sinless. Why?

"For He hath made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us, WHO KNEW NO SIN; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him." 2 Corinthians 5:21

Jesus warned his Church that there would be people like you who will persecute us. So what you are doing is a fulfillment of his prophecy. Thank you!

"Happy are those who work for peace; God will call them his children! Happy are those who are persecuted because they do what God requires; the Kingdom of heaven belongs to them! Happy are you when people insult you and persecute you and tell all kinds of evil lies against you because you are my followers. Be happy and glad, for a great reward is kept for you in heaven. This is how the prophets who lived before you were persecuted." (Matthew 5, 9-12)

"Do not judge others, so that God will not judge you, for God will judge you in the same way you judge others, and he will apply to you the same rules you apply to others." (Matthew 7,3)

St. Paul had the same words for people like you.

"So then, let us stop judging one another. We must always aim at those things that bring peace and that help strengthen one another." (Romans 14, 13a.19)
.
May the Lord's peace be with you!

God honored Mary above all creatures by making her the mother of His Son. In honoring Mary, we are following the example of God Himself. Mary's special privileges were given to her by God, not man.

God bless,

Why would anyone crap on Mary, she did what God asked of her without question, saved Jesus' life when there was a mass of baby killing who's sole purpose was to kill Jesus. Then she stayed with him, and far enough away for him to be Him, and someone dare say she's a sinner, or not holy enough for heaven. Good luck getting into heaven if the mother of your Christ isn't getting in, why would that piss anyone off?

We agree the Blessed Virgin Mary was a humble and faithful woman always giving glory to God. This is shown in her prayer to God in Luke 1:46-55:

"My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord;
my spirit rejoices in God my savior.
For he has looked upon his handmaid's lowliness;
behold, from now on will all ages call me blessed.
The Mighty One has done great things for me,
and holy is his name.
His mercy is from age to age to those who fear him.
He has shown might with his arm,
dispersed the arrogant of mind and heart.
He has thrown down the rulers from their thrones
but lifted up the lowly.
The hungry he has filled with good things;
the rich he has sent away empty.
He has helped Israel his servant,
remembering his mercy,
according to his promise to our fathers,
to Abraham and to his descendants forever."

Catholics share the belief in the Communion of Saints with many other Christians, including the Eastern Orthodox, Anglican, Episcopal, and Methodist Churches.

The Communion of Saints is the belief where all saints are intimately related in the Body of Christ, a family. When you die and go to heaven, you do not leave this family.

Everyone in heaven or on their way to heaven are saints. You, me, my deceased grandmother, Mary the mother of Jesus, and Mother Teresa.

As part of this family, you may ask your family and friends here on earth to pray for you. Or you may also ask the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saint Andrew, or your deceased grandmother in heaven to pray for you.

Prayer to saints is communication, not worship.

The Hail Mary prayer simply recites Bible passages (the Word of God) and asks Mary to pray for us:

Hail Mary Full of grace, the Lord is with you. (These are the words the angel Gabriel said to Mary, a Bible quote.)

Blessed are thou among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. (This is Mary's cousin Elizabeth's greeting, another bible quote.)

Holy Mary, (The angel Gabriel said she was full of grace and Elizabeth said she was blessed.)

Mother of God, (the Bible says Mary is the mother of Jesus Christ, God the Son)

Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. (A simple request to pray for us.)

Amen.

With love in Christ.
