Here is a copy of my answer from another section and I hope it helps you.

The non-stop flight time from Los Angeles Int'l Airport (LAX) to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) will depend on your choices of airlines. Flight duration will vary from 10h 30min to 10h 55min.

(Los Angeles / LAX - Paris Charles de Gaulle / CDG)
- Air France has 2 to 3 daily non-stop flights during the week with the flight time varying from 10h 30min to 10h 50min.

- Air Tahiti Nui has non-stop flight everyday except Wednesdays and Thursdays with flight time of 10h 55min.

The actual flight time will depend on the winds, speed of the aircraft and the actual route the aircraft flies.

Flying from Houston, TX to Paris is about 9 hours. Depending on the airlines and stopovers you are probably looking at around 10 - 12 hours.

Resource- personal experience. We use to live in Houston and were transferred to Paris.

I recently flew from Detroit to Amsterdam, and it was about 6.5 hours. I would guess the trip from LA, California to Paris, France is probably close to 8 hours. This is just a guess on my part, so take it for what it's worth.

Also, remember that flights from Europe to the US take longer than flights from the US to Europe because the jet stream flows from west to east.

Good luck!

There's so many variables to answer this question since you did not include any other clues to answer. Why? Because there are a couple of answers to this question, by sea or by air?
Then yet another question, if you travel by air or sea will you be going accross the pacific ocean or across the atlantic ocean? Then again another variable would be if you travel by sea, once you are in port are you going to drive or are you going to fly to Paris?
