Yes Jesus is Lord of my life. I was saved out of the occult back in 2000. Praise be to Jesus. Now I am looking forward to Bible College and going into the ministry, to teach and preach the gospel.

My sweet Jesus showed me a vision of my soul. He lifted up my soul out of the mud and mire and set it upon a rock; which was Him of course.

It all happened on a Lenten mission I had. I gave up T.V. that Lent, read the bible every day, sang songs of worship, pray a lot and went to Church every day.

He took that opportunity to save me. Praise the Lord! I started seeing visions for the first time in my life. Visions that made me afraid to ever go back to the way I was before He saved me.

I saw God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It was awesome! I felt His touch. It feels like electrical shocks all over your body which was thrilling.

To feel this and to try to explain it is so hard to do. But nobody can take away that awesome feeling it left.

I'll start off by stating that I am 17, and that my family has always been the family that goes because they know it is right, but not because of any fervor. Slowly, we stopped going all together, when my dad had to start working on Sundays (he is the stronger one of my parents). Last year, a preacher who my family used to be great friends with became preacher to a local church again (he moved away to start a new church and it was already taking off, so he moved back) so we started going there, but once again without passion. I decided to go to Student Life Camp with the church youth group, and the experiences there changed me. One night the guest preacher preached on repentance, using Revelation 2:1-7. I decided to re-dedicate my life (I accepted Christ and was baptized many years ago). Ever since, I have been living for the Lord.

..ok...i was 7 years old. my parents were drug addicts, alcoholics, and fighters...always getting in jail, and fighting. we were homeless at one point. my dad always beat up my mom. and my dad had bought a gun to kill her. but then some guy, came and talked to my dad about God. how on earth he convinced my dad to go to church is beyond me, but he did. then my dad brought my mom to the church to...soon, my dad stopped drinking....now if he tries to drink (not that he does, but he was mad once and tried too) he throws up...my dad slowely started changing...we moved from a little house, to a huge house with 10 acres and 8 rooms. and Now, my dad is a pastor of a church which is growing very fast, we have our own house, a brand new car, my parents rarely fight, and im so much happier...im only 16. so i still have much blessing yet to receive...i wouldnt say im saved, because only God knows.! but now i sing in my church, and i teach a amazing group of sunday school kids...iv seen people change, be healed from cancer, and i love it..the only thing that tears me apart is the fact that many people laugh at my "religion" and think christians are fake. i know my church is not. not after what i have seen. I go to a United Pentecostal Church International,...please try it..you'll love it!
God Bless!

I've always had a problem with giving and hearing testimonies. "Glory to Me" is not the way to worship God.
