If he likes you, you might still have to take the initiative if he is shy, but you will find out. If he likes you, he will say "yes" when you ask him out, and he will keep saying "yes" every time you ask him out. Don't get discouraged if he doesn't do the asking. The chemistry should be right if he likes you. And eventually, he might let you know that he likes you, by saying "I like you a lot" or something like that. He might be afraid of people, but if he likes you, he will feel relief, ease, and security in your presence. Just relax! You'll find out.
