unfortunately, no. The only grilles that will fit a 2000 are the ones from 1998 to 2001.

I own a 2000 Ford Ranger, and just like everyone else answered NO, But there are conversion kits you can buy to equip your 2000 front end to look like the newer Rangers. I have researched this because I was going to do the same thing, but turned out to be a little more than I wanted to spend.

no they are more narrow at the top... with some work you could eventually make it work...
