most definately not. you would have to be eating something to actually get fat, however, thinking about food can give you the feeling of being fat, or the vision of yourself fat so you may think you are getting bigger, just step on a scale to snap yourself back in to it

i hopes so cuss im under weight i tried eating lots of food but that dont work ???? maybe if i just thing im fat il get fat (not)
if u think u fat you well asume your fat and then therapist well think u got eating disorder y u ask this ???

No but it would make one eat more or drink the wrong types of liquids to further nutritional weight loss.
