Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I wouldn't think so, but I'm not sure. I know that the caffeine in it can help you get kidney stones (you DON"T want them,) if you drink it too much over a long period of time.
