Parts of Eastern Europe get cable tv. The choice is clear.

Hmmm, good question. All things considered, though, I'd have to go with Eastern Europe. At least there is the possibility (however slight) of making it out intact. From what I understand, Hell is pretty much permanent.

Jesus is alive. No such thing as hell on earth. If you are not saved through the blood of Jesus this is as good as it gets. After this its all down hill.
