there are some many free video converter available online. one problem you will have is that the quality will not enjoyable cos videos for mobile and esp. .3gp are of low quality and resolution so that it will be available to display on the phone's small screen.

You could try looking around PC shops or the internet for a program to change the format.
I think Real Player can play and convert .3gp files if you download the necessary update.

iuse a program called xilsoft 3gp video converter. it will save it as a mpeg. from there u can use ulead dvd workshop or a mpeg to vob converter. u must convert it to a vob or it will be a vcd and not really guaranteed to work on some players.the quality will be crappy however, go to freedownloads.com and type in 3gp converter. it wil give u a list of software, find one, try it, crack it or buy it and there u go
