The answer has to be yes and no...

Most members of dangerous cults where theya re totally brainwashed of making any decisions, even after theya re rescued, find it horribly difficult to re-assimilate themselves into society. I have met someone like that, he was rescued from a cult, and supposedly now has recovered from the shock. But the after effects are still seen. He is totally unable to make any decisions from deciding where to eat, what to eat or even when to eat. It's frustrtaing until I realised in his previous "commune" he was to be told what to do at all times. Any individual opinions where considered blaspheme or "off the devil". He couldn't hold a job for more than3 months, coz the management considered him inefficient, since he has hardly any initiative to do anything. He is better now, but still... a trauma like that takes a lot of time to fully heal.

While others with strong religious beliefs, are able to function in SOME societies, but this is mainly cultural than spiritual. A extremely oppression muslim girl could function in a nation where women are oppressed, but upon going into a "freedom based" nation, will suffer from culture shock and have a hard time adapting.

Similarly, Western people who go to more modest eastern nations have trouble understanding WHY running around in a two piece bikini suit, is considered immoral. Some respect it and dress to "fit in", while others are so appalled that they just do the rebel thing, and in that way can't adapt

I don't believe so.

I am Muslim and actually I am not a liar and won't say I pray 5x a day but during Ramadan I do and take it seriously and I was in training in a job and walked out everytime and sometimes, people around you just need to respect it.

Respect others wishes if he/she chooses not to keep a job then that is of their choice not by religion. If they are using religion as the reason they are just foolish and creating a sinful lie against their religion of whichever.

i'm uncertain somewhat. i've got recently been questioning that in line with danger some religious nut might get heavily offended on right here by making use of Atheistic comments, and can pass and root out community Atheists and shoot all of them. I somewhat does no longer wanna be the guy who made him snap. that's yet another one among my 'many good motives for tolerance'. religious perspectives are a private element. To insult a faith is to insult each individual who follows it, and private insults could make human beings vengeful. asserting that, although, there is this manner of element as being TOO respectful. i does no longer permit human beings have all their very own way. that's a provide and take international. i would know you, you will possibly be able to desire to know me. If that know would not take place then the wonderful process action is to get removed from it. I stay interior the united kingdom. there is vast themes stunning now that the government is purely too delicate on Muslims. The regulation is the regulation of the country, no longer the religion, so their religious Sharia regulation should not be welcomed. in the event that they know our united states of america and our rules, then we'd desire to constantly be tolerant to them. i in my opinion like having them right here. variety is a strong healthful element of have. in the event that they % to no longer, then the government must be properly interior its rights to get rid of them. subject is, that's no longer. ((((hugs))))

yes, if some people don't understand their religion (any religion) and thought they became religious while they became extremists , it could ruin their function in society and it could ruin their life .

I have seen very good religious people from so many religions and they are very succesful, religion should help you to live your life right not to ruin it.
