Here is the schedule I came up with:
Monday: Pilates (45 min), jogging (30 min)
Tuesday: Pilates (45 min)
Wednesday: Pilates (45 min), jogging (30 min)
Thursday: Pilates (45 min)
Friday: Pilates (45 min), jogging (30 min)
Saturday: Pilates (45 min), jogging (30 min)
Sunday: rest

And I am also planning to cut out sugars, fatty foods, high carb foods, and fried foods and candy and drink more water. Is this a good enough plan to lose about 5-10 pounds in a month and a half?

2lbs a week is a good goal. You're cutting out the right kind of foods, but what are u eating? No carbohydrates after 6pm. Do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. When you awake, your glycogen is depleted. Since glycogen is the primary fuel for energy, your body is forced to burn fat due to low glycogen levels. It isn't until 20 minutes into your cardio that your body burns fat. If you're overweight and feel you've tried to lose before and can't, go to your Doctor and get a thyroid test. If your thyroid is functioning normally, then diet and exercise will do the trick. Don't forget the weight training.

You go Girl. Sounds like you are on the right track. Just make sure you don't switch tracks in mid-stream. Sunday I think I would add simple caloustenics to keep up. Another thing to remember is not to eat in front of a television. The best is to eat at a table till you feel full- then push your way away from that table as you take your plate back to be washed. Also a good trick is to drink a glass of H20 before sitting down for a meal. keep up the Good Work!

Don't over do it.
Be careful you may be burning more calories then you are taking in! Then you would be starving yourself.
The work out plan is alright but don't forget to eat and don't go too crazy on cutting out food.

I think you are trying to work out to much and I would hate for you to burn yourself out. Try every other day first, eat healthy and see what happens if you aren't getting the results you want, then bump up your workout program.

You should add two more rest days. Workout two days and rest one. Or on your rest day do some sit ups and push ups or jump rope. You need to break up your work out or you will hurt yourself.

it looks such as you're eating adequate on your weight, yet i think of you may to characteristic a splash extra to breakfast. inclusive of your metabolism, the cookies are not going to do something on your weight, however the only difficulty i'm able to think of which you may to characteristic is probably a fruit smoothie after the figureskating work out.
