If your pastor told you the bible says you have to speak in other tongues or you're not saved , thus not going to heaven, wouldn't you manufacture some other language.Maybe not intentionally but the mind can be influenced , can't it?

Only if you don't read and study the Bible. If you do read and study it for yourself and pray for God's holy spirit to help you understand, you will realize that when the apostles spoke in tongues, it was so that the multilingual people around them could understand that which they were speaking in their own languages--not the other way around. Plus, you would also realize that these gifts of holy spirit passed away with these apostles and that there is no longer any necessity of having these gifts--especially in instances where no one else can translate for the rest of the congregation.

You do not need to speak in tongues in order to become saved. Ask your pastor "Where does it say that in the Bible?". It's obviously not there and he is not following the scriptures. Salvation is based upon Jesus death and resurrection not upon anything else.

If a pastor told me that, I would no longer be in attendance at his church....because there is nothing whatsoever in the bible that even comes close to that statement.

Speaking tongues is an evidence to pentecostals. Not to GOD.
Only GOD knows for sure.

do nnot be discouraged for if you continue in your belief it will happen when the Holy spirit gives utterance.

I probably would. I hope I would have the sense to read the Bible for myself and learn that it's not true, though.
