I am looking for a free program that will allow me to cut out my face from one picture and put it in another picture being able to match the skin color, size and rotate or filp so that you can't tell that the face had been cut and pasted on to the new picture

The programs below are totally free and legal, and most will do what you want to ... it mostly takes a LOT of time and learning how to do it and practice, regardless of the program you use. There are no "one-click" solutions.

Hi,
Try downloading Adobe Photoshop from torrents,It has a lot more features than U mentioned above and u'll love it.

you can try the open source called "Gimp"
where you can download it in http://www.sourceforge.com
Its free and easy to use.
